Here is how it works. Items can be returned at any point, new or used, within 60 days from the original invoice date. Like I said, we got y’all!

  • To receive a full refund, products must be returned in new, store-bought condition within 60 days from the original invoice date.
    Products should be returned in the original shoe box and/or packaging.
  • Sorry, this is a big one for us, so please help us out.
    If there are extreme circumstances (dog, kid, shark ate the box) and you don’t have the original packaging, we will allow it as a one-time courtesy because that’s crazy.
  • Products returned in used or worn condition within 60 days from the original invoice date can be exchanged for another item, or are eligible to receive a store credit for the full value of the purchase.
  • There is a $7 charge for return shipping, this will simply be subtracted from your refund. If you decide to be awesome and exchange for another shoe, we will credit the $7 to your next purchase.
  • When you request a return, we will send you a return label – you simply need to print it, slap it on, and drop it in the mail. Bingpot!
  • For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the distribution center, inspect your return, cry, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Silly banks.
